Very great product

I think this product is great because of it's strenghth, power and over all look. the set i have to say is qute strong. I hit the concrete with the mallet and it was ok. Also the mallet hits the balls quite far away. I also think it is quite stylish with the hardwood and classic colors.

Great outdoor family fun

We live in Phoenix, and our yard does not have what it takes to set up croquet. For example, we lack a large grassy area (grin). However, we live near parks with plenty of grass -- this traveling set is perfect for us.

Includes basic instructions, nicely made mallets and balls, and wickets. The wickets are plain steel and hard to see; I have thought about spray-painting them white but haven't done it yet. The traveling case has a handle and a shoulder strap.

Nice set -- we've had it for about a year and it still looks and works great.

Kinda junky

I suppose this set is okay. The color finish on the mallets is nice, dark and rich looking, but the quality is overall kind of junky. The mallet handles feel kind of flimsy as if they would snap with any real heavy use. And the wickets were very short - not really enough length to put in the ground so they would stand sturdy. And lastly, the end posts were short too. The carry bag and convenience of packing it all away was fine. For my purposes, this set served well and wasn't too expensive. But not sure I would use it for any real heavy duty play.
